mixed application scope on a form

Hi,

I need some assistance to understand and resolve an issue I've on a platform.

It is about the table cmdb_ci_cm_resource.

Out-of -the-box, this table is in the globale scope.

But in the instance I'm working on, the table is in the scope "Cloud Provisioning and Governance".
I don't know how, when or who the scope of this table has changed.

I've added 3 new form sections on this table. Now, I see that a record for the default view have been created in table sys_ui_form. But this records belongs to the scope "Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Azure".

watching deeper the sections I've created, I see they belongs to the scope "Global".

I've used the Form Builder to create those new sections.

The problem I've now, is that I need to add a related list. But I can't because the default view and the form are not in the same scope. I get the error message :

"Invalid 'Table' selected on the Related List record. The 'Cloud Resource' table is in application 'Cloud Provisioning and Governance', but the current application is 'Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Azure'."

I don't understand how the view has been created in a different scope.

I'm not able to reproduce the error in my PDI.

How can I change the scope of the "default view" in the table sys_ui_form without deleting it and its content and recreating everything? A modified update set or a script can't change the scope.

Thank you for your support

Hi @Amar_Be ,

You can change the application scope from the native UI, then open this table.

@Amar_Be

even if the table is in global scope, you can still create form view in another scope

See "sn_customerservice_case" table is in CSM Scope, but if I am in HR Core scope, I can create form view in it

Now the form sections can only be configured in the scope in which the Form view is present.

I created new view on Case table in HR core scope and Form sections are also in HR core scope.
