Hi Experts,
I am experiencing an issue where the slushbucket keeps loading indefinitely and does not return data. I found a knowledge article suggesting that setting glide.xmlhttp.excessive to 100 could resolve this. However, this property was not present in my system, so I created it manually, but the issue persists.
Could you please review the property configurations below and the article linked below and advise on the next steps?

You can try temporarily changing the Reference Qualifier to confirm this is the issue, then look at each piece of it to see what's causing the problem. Manually filter a list view of the case table by the same criteria, using the u_impacted_application_task record you are testing with to confirm that the intended records are shown. How many records do you have in your case table? Is the issue happening for all users across various browsers?
