When trying to create a new service item ,it is creating a record but showing  two errors - Error Message

Unique Key violation detected by database ((conn=1125814) Duplicate entry 'df6cd8bd83a31e10b93d5a50ceaad32c' for key 'PRIMARY')  and invalid insert.

As this is creating new record ,I think this error is not about duplication issue.Kindly suggest a solution to resolve this issue.Already tried on Sub-prod instance but no luck.

Hi @NeelimaV

Looks like an issue with duplicate name. What you can do, copy the sys id from messages nd by using the SN untils get the record of this sys id and then you can correlate how this dependency/duplication is there.
