Agent Chat - Virtual agent screen frozen even after Agent accepts the work item/chat from the user.

 

The user cannot reply via chat bot but agent can still chat via Agent Workspace window.

 

Any suggestions? Or has anyone experienced this behaviour before?

We have this happen randomly.  The team clears out the browser cache and they go to edge://accessibility  or chrome://accessibility and uncheck these two items

Once they started unchecking the two above, this seems to not happen anymore

Hi Lynda,

 

Thank you for the response. The two check boxes are inactive already, still the problem persists.

I failed to mention that this only happens when I manually assign work item (chat / interaction) to myself.

In that case! We do have the same happen to us.  I have not found a fix for this one. I hope someone else chimes in with a solution.

Hi @oseca ,

 

We are experiencing the same behaviour where the screen gets frozen,agents not able to accept chat,the messages some times not get delivered.

 

I am not sure if there is a fix already for this or have u found something out.Let me know in case u have any solution.
