Agent Chat without Service Operations Workspace?

Is there such a thing as having Agent Chat and not having Service Operations Workspace? I've looked around and I can only come across organizations who have implemented Service Operations Workspace and then added Agent Chat to their instance.

By default, the Agent Chat page is only available on the Service Operations Workspace but it can be configured using UI Builder to add the page to a separate configurable workspace.  

 

If you add this to the idea portal, link to Agent Chat, and explain the business need, we may be able to add this as an enhancement in the future. https://support.servicenow.com/ideas?id=ideas_list&sysparm_module_id=enhancement_requests

Hi @RandallA ,

Agent Chat is very much integral part of Service Operations Workspace.

Even with my customers , we Implemented SOW and then added agent Chat.

It used to work well with Agent Workspace as well but It is out of support now, and Customers are moving to SOW.
