Chats are not showing up in the agent chat inbox in agent workspace

Hello Everyone,

 

Our ServiceDesk agents are reporting some strange issue that they are getting the chat requests in their inbox and it is showing the no of chats requests (1 or 2) on top of the inbox icon but there is no chat request is showing in inbox when they checked as shown in the below screenshot.

All the agents who reported the issue are having appropriate roles and permissions. 

 

Please let me know in case if anyone of you come across this issue and found a solution or has any thoughts? Thank you!
