How to configure a "Create incident" quick action in Live Chat (AWA)

Hello,
I just activated the Agent Chat plugin and I configured service channels, work item queues and work assignment rules. I see that I can create an incident when I clique on the "create incident" button in the right top corner in the agent's workspace:
But I saw in one youtube video that it is possible to create an incident just by clicking on the quick action in the conversational tab:
I tried to do it myself but, I just put an "create incident" icon, it doesn't work without a script:
Can someone help me with it?

Hello,
I've found the answer !
First I installed juste 2 free pluguins: snc.itsm.virtualagent.lite and com.glide.interaction.awa. My chat worked well, but I didn't have a "Create incident" quick action, just a button which doesn't do anything and displays an error.
But when I installed a paid Virtual Agent (com.glide.cs.chatbot) pluguin, and my quick action magically appeared.
So, If anyone wanted to know how to do it, I hope it helps.
