Show agent name at the top of the chat is restricted and i am not able to disable it

Show agent name at the top of the chat is restricted and we want to disable it but I am not able to disable it 

Please help me with this

Just testing out in my instance, disabling "Agent names and avatars" makes that a read-only field. Disabling "Agent name in header" was possible when "Agent names and avatars" is enabled. If you really need both to display disabled, disable in that order.
