Where is side bar discussion stored? Can the side bar discussion be included in the ticket?

Hello @KurtHo 

 

Yes, it is being saved in the "sys_cs_collab_chat" table and each message is being stored in "sys_cs_collab_message"

Im sure you have figured something out if you still were in need of this, but I saw this the other day which talks about manually importing the sidebar chat and the potential that it will soon be able to do it automatically.
