Hi Team -
i was told by ServiceNow AE that AWS connect as provider is launched. but i am not sure which plugin to be updated to see the AWS connect, added along with Twilio, Genesys. do you know which plugin is updated? or when this will be available . Any one form Servicenow voice team ? @Justin_Wilburn ? any insights?
