Corelation id is not getting updated via Actian middleware for dxc integration

HI All,

We have DXC ServiceNow to ServiceNow integration and middleware is Actian for this integration.

When an incident is being created in Snow it is sending response to DXC and DXC is creating an incident from their end and sending Correlation id and correlation display and when it comes to ServiceNow incident Correlation display is getting updated, but correlation id is not getting updated.

I also see integration user is having admin role still it is not getting updated. In past it used to work and now it is not working and I dont see any changes in ServiceNow as well.

Can anyone suggest what else can be checked

What is the method of integration ? Do you have any out of box adapters, Scripted REST APIs or Integration Hub Custom Flow ?

Check if payload is received as expected and share screenshots that would help to understand the issue. Check if there are any recent ACLs created on the table or role changes made to the integration user. Check if any Business Rule or UI Policy recently created that is impacting the behavior.

Please share more details along with sample payload screenshots to provide relevant information.

HI Bhuvan,

There are no acl changes or any BR as well because from another integration that correlation id is getting populated. The integration user has admin role, if incident i getting created from DXC side we are getting the correlation id when we are creating from ServiceNow only the correlation id is not getting populated

As requested, do you have screenshots of sample payload and integration method ?

If you are using Flow Designer, please share sample execution along with steps to understand what is causing the issue and provide a solution.
