Hello everyone,
I need to found a external software installed in the SN instance due to find information about how it was installed. I know the name of the software, but how can I find it?

Head to System Logs > Update Sets > Retrieved Update Sets or System Update Sets > Local Update Sets. Look for update sets associated with the software installation. This might give you insight into when and how it was installed.

ANother way will be go to Application Registry under System Applications. Scoped apps (common with external software) will often be listed with metadata showing publisher info, install method, etc.

Unfortunately, I didn't found anything related to that software in the Local Update sets. As it is an external software, I believe there must have a specific way to found them.
