I have not experience with snow and recently fired up a new instance to test an integration with inbound REST. I have created a Web Service and set the source and transform tables up. When my application sends post to snow endpoint, an empty incident is created in the target table. I've found that this is due to post payload is ignored since not matching the label of the import transform. For instance, the json payload may include key like "name" but the transform table has u_name. Is there a way that my transform map match based on the actual label name I created and not the sys-id generated u_name?
