Integration using Service Connector Question

Hello all,

 

We are going to work on an integration between two service-now instances, with SCTASK.

And we are asked to use Service Connector to achieve this task. 

So, what is the best way to achieve this? We need to send a JSON object containing the data to the third-party service-now instance.
How to use Integration Hub in this scenario?

Can someone let me know the steps to integrate and exchange the SCTASK data between two instances using Integration Hub?
