Need to create prompt on the incident form to select the attachments and then send those files.

Hello @nvuppala ,

  • Add a button on the Incident form for this Create a UI Action (button) called “Send Attachments”.
  • Show a popup when button is clicked : In the popup, display all attachments related to that Incident with checkboxes.
  • Allow user to select multiple attachments: User selects the required files and clicks Submit.
  • Send selected attachments to requestor: On submit, send those selected attachments to the requestor using: Email (recommended), or REST integration (if sending to external system).
  • Get requestor email from Incident: Use the Caller field (requestor) to send the attachments.
