Setup Azure as External OIDC Provider (Authorization Code)

Is there a good step-by-step to follow to setup Azure as an External OIDC Provider (Authorization Code), i want to enable it to interact with ServiceNow APIs. i have only found generic/Auth0 examples on how to setup. i have found this not translating well when trying to do it on Azure.
