We have a API to update the details in any existing change request
API : https://[Your Instance name]/servicenow/v2/changes
PUT Method (uses OAUTH2 credentials).
The problem is in service now while creation of change request correlation_id is not mandatory. So most of the change have blank correlation_id. But API uses only correlation_id to update.
If is use u_number. it is trying to insert new record.
Is there any way to user change request no to update the record.
Please suggest some solution.
