plugin installation issue

              While attempting to install the Content Management plugin (com.glide.cms) in my company's ServiceNow instance, I am encountering an issue where it shows "Plugin details not found." This plugin is required for installing the Connected Workplace application, so I need assistance in understanding the cause of this problem. What could be the issue?

Hi @SoudarapuN ,

Content Management plugin was deprecated a long time ago. So you cannot install it on new instances.

You should try installing Employee center - sn_ex_sp

But for installing the connected workplace the content management plugin is mandatory. what is the solution for that.
