Access Request For now mobile help center tab

HI all, I am working now mobile App development, I installed the now mobile in phone and connected to instance, while navigation to help center tab No data is displayed. few services catalog is enabled to view in employee mobile center portal.When went through Mobile App builder and navigated to help screen Laucher I am getting this error 'This record references a record that you do not have permission to view.' how to resolve this, I had admin role as well.
