ITSM Mobile Experience

Hi all, I want ITSM Mobile experience to my mobile app, I check the plugin is deprecated and suggested ITSM Agent Application to download. Now I want to know ITSM Agent Application is only for Now Agent mobile App.If no can I use for now mobile App, If yes how. And also, I want ITSM experience to my now mobile users.
