Any documentations for GlideUpdateSet?

I recently learned that there's a GlideUpdateSet class for ServiceNow Scripting, but I could not find any documentations for it so I can learn more about it. Is there a right place where I can do so?

That one is undocumented and is also marked private. This means that you would not be able to see what is in the class.
