Create an app template with one record producer.
Add snc_external to the "Available for" related list.
Call the template to build an app.
Note: The record producer in the new app has snc_extenral in the "Available for" and the "Not Available for" related lists.
My only workaround is to have the new app owner go in and manually delete the "Not Available for" entry. I tried writing a workflow that would run after the app build, but I get security constraints and am trying to delete them that way.
I also tried a second workaround, where I added the guest user to the "Not Available for" list. The build will still add SNC_enternal.
