Make read only for Agent Mobile App fields in Edit Button in Servicenow Agent App

Hi Folks ,

1.Required to make the fields read only in Agent App 

2.Need to populate the error message after Submission in Edit Button in the Agent App 

If you have any suggestions to achieve this ..?
