As an admin, I see the following option.
But as a privacy trustee, I can see this option only. privacy trustees have (sn_privacy_business_user)role only

The sn_privacy.business_user role (assigned to Privacy Trustees) only provides access to privacy records and tasks—it does not grant access to the Privacy Workspace UI.
To see the Privacy Workspace, you need additional roles or configuration:
Steps to fix:
Check Audience in UI Builder
- Go to UI Builder → Privacy Workspace → Audience and confirm which roles are allowed. Add sn_privacy.business_user if it’s missing.
Assign Workspace Access Role
- If available, assign sn_privacy.manager or sn_privacy.admin (these roles typically allow workspace access).
Verify Plugin Activation
- Ensure the Privacy Management plugin is active.

Please check if:
- The widget’s data source tables (e.g., sn_privacy_assessment or related GRC tables) have proper ACL permissions for the sn_privacy.business_user role. If not, grant read access.
- The UI Builder component visibility settings allow the role. Even if the workspace audience includes the role, individual components may have restrictions.
- The workspace experience is published and not in draft mode.
- Temporarily assign roles like sn_privacy.manager or sn_privacy.admin to confirm if the issue is role-related.
