I am doing some customization to the Asset Management app. I want a log entered into a table when a user scans an asset, with the asset tag, user name, and date. I went with the approach of connecting a script to the mobile with an action function or such, but I am facing difficulties configuring it.
The scan happens in an input form screen, so I need this input. I made a footer function instance on the List Screen so I may customize the submit button or script some code linking the input to an action to the script include but it doesn't seem the correct approach or I didn't configure it correctly yet.
Do you know how I can do this?
