Hi @teralavinay

If your instance remains unresponsive for several days, you can choose to release the PDI and request a new one.

If your  your Servicenow Developer PDI  has been stuck in a "launching," "waking up" ,"500 error"  or not getting online state for more than 24-48 hours, then  I will  advice you  to release the instance and request a new one .

As you know there is no support available for PDI.

Please Accept the solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.

Hi @teralavinay

Nobody can tell you. PDIs are unsupported, hence you can only wait or release the instance and request a fresh installation.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hi @teralavinay,

It's a common issue most of the members are facing from the past few weeks. If you have already waited from so long, request a new instance. Since there's no support for PDI issues.

If the provided solution is useful/working, please Accept as Solution and hit the Helpful.

Thanks & Regards,
