Export to PDF option not available for Non-admin user on form

Hello Everyone,

We have a custom table for an application where on the form view the non-admin user is not able to export the record in PDF Format. As an admin, I have the access
Does anyone know what could be the possible reasons?

Hi @ShaidaC, 

This is usually due to roles or UI Action restrictions.

Even though the table is custom, Export to PDF is controlled by a UI Action and roles. Admin sees it because they have all roles.

Please check the following ;

• Required roles like export_pdf or sn_pdf_generator.user

• The Export to PDF UI Action (roles/condition may be admin-only)

• Read ACLs on the table and fields for non-admin users

• PDF Generator plugin access (if used)

Once the correct role is assigned or the UI Action is updated, non-admin users should be able to see the Export to PDF option. Admins bypass these restrictions, which is why it works for them only.

The issue is that the user is not able to see the export option only. The export to pdf is only available for me as an admin
