Export to PDF option not available for Non-admin user on form

Hello Everyone,

We have a custom table for an application where on the form view the non-admin user is not able to export the record in PDF Format. As an admin, I have the access
Does anyone know what could be the possible reasons?

The issue is that the user is not able to see the export option only. The export to pdf is only available for me as an admin

By com.snc.pdf.exports.enabled sys_property export pdf working  is enabled

. But in your case it is ok for admin but not working non-admin users ,once check @yashkamde and @Tanushree Maiti  response
