Hello, please elaborate and let me know how exactly you would make the Assigned to field on the incident form Read only once the incident state is Resolved and Closed states? Please elaborate and let me know how

There can be many ways
- UI policy which is OOTB --> Yes it can be done same way in UI policy.
- Client Script
- ACL
- Business Rule
