I HAVE CREATED 10 INCIDENTS FOR 10 USERS .I imported via excel along with description field where i copied contents of my ticket, The problem here is my ticket is a word file which has theory content and images. while i copy everything to description field in excel which creating bult incidents for 10 users.only theory content gets copied to all the incidents ,but images are not copied.any solution to make images also avalaible to all
