How to change the message on the bell icon in workspace notification

We have notification which will be appeared in the bell icon which is a notification can be seen while working in workspace.

by default its showing the short description, but in our table we dont have short description. where do we configure/change this text on the display of notification. pls suggest.

I think they are still considered "Notifications", but they are called "Provider Notifications". 

You can find them under System Notification >> Provider >> Notifications
