How to configure Activity History, Comments and Worknotes in app engine studio for custom app ?

I have a custom app for which I want to show Activity History, Work notes and comments in between the fields and attachment column. I can see it coming for other apps but not this. Let me know how to configure the same.

Make sure you add them to your form layout and then they should appear.

Also, at the bottom of your screen, there are different layout options. Make sure you select the one that shows the comments and and activities.

I have added those fields through form layout and still they don't appear. Also, if you see my attached image I have scroll to the end and I don't see the layout option as well. Is this some configuration issue ?
