how to create instance for learning

i am new here. can anyone tell me how I can create instance for learning. when i try to create new instance the notification appear " unable to create instance right now" or your are add to the waiting list. Can anyone help me.

Hi @TahaN,

Navigate - ServiceNow Developers.

Login with your credentials > Manage my Instance > Request Instance with your required released version. 

Note: ServiceNow info message- We're experiencing high demand on PDI requests. Please expect a delay to get your request fulfilled.
