Currently, in Now Mobile, when displaying an approval record (sysapproval_approver), I would like to also display the attached files related to the corresponding HR case (sn_hr_core_case).
In the web portal, it is possible to pass the case sys_id through URL parameters and then retrieve the related HR case information for display. However, in Now Mobile, since there are no URL parameters, I am not sure how to retrieve and display the HR case record information and its related attached files.
Could you please advise me on how this can be achieved or if there are recommended approaches?
