Hi @Everyone
1) Suppose I am having a major incident , under which we are having "Incident communication Plan"
2) On Incident Communication plan, I have added three groups.
3) Some users are same on this group.
4) Now I click on the "View Workbench" on incident form.
5) On the communication section I have created a communication task.
6) Once this is created, when I click on compose...I am getting the two email ids which is not practical use case.
How we can improvise this..??
Thanks in Advance
Utsav

I think this is expected behavior. Try sending the email and then check if the user is receiving two emails or just one.

Sure...I will check...but one query. This issue of duplicate emails maximize the limit of sending.
Suppose...100 users are the limit to send email at a time. And if out of 100 ,suppose 30 is same email id then we have the issue.
