How to update Ui Builder

Good day, Everyone,

I am the newest person here, and I'd like to say this platform is a game-changer for anyone who can find themselves here.  That being said, I would need assistance on how to go about some things, and I would really appreciate it if anybody could find time to put me through.

I enrolled for the Application Development Career program, and I am absolutely blown away with the way things are done here and humbled as well, coming across so many things I don't know(though I know I don't really know much), and that's why I am here: to learn.

The Issue is, like I said, I just started the course, and I am prompted to update my UI Builder, but the thing is, I can't sign in. It keeps rejecting all known user names, which I think are associated with me. Please, what do I do as this is halting my progress in the program, and I can't access a particular component container, and some parameters are not displayed.

Login to ServiceNow University with your registered account to access the course and continue with learning journey
