Our team is currently creating a portal in App Engine Studio that we assume will be used by external users.
We are experiencing one problem with this portal and would like to know how to address it.
■ Objective
We want to allow external users (i.e., users with the role "snc_external") to use various pages of the portal.
■Problem
External users can open the portal's landing page, but cannot view the various components such as "Single Score" or "List - Simple" (see image in attachment)
■What we have already addressed
In App Engine Studio, grant ACLs to external roles regarding portal usage and reading/writing various tables.

I understood that the portals created in the UI builder will be for employees and the portals created in the [Service Portal] module will be for external customers.
However, is there any way to grant access to external customers to the portal created with the UI builder this time? Or is there another way to make it available to external customers?
We have spent a good amount of time creating the functionality of this portal and it would be a double effort to create it from scratch in the service portal.

I apologize for the confusing wording in the product. We recommend UI Builder and Workspaces for fulfiller use cases and Service Portal and employee center for requester use cases. For anything that requires catalog, pixel-perfect design, responsive design, or public pages we recommend using Service Portal/Employee Center. If by external users you mean users who aren't logged in, you won't be able to use your existing UI Builder portal anyway as none of our OOB data resources work publicly.

Yes you can create it from AES , but the only issue is it is very very basic and need more time n efforts to make it good.
I tried this for one my app and leave in between due to more customization.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Exactly - Next Experience portal experiences are not our recommended solution at this time. Please check out this article for further information on when to use UI Builder vs Service Portal: https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-articles/ui-builder-and-service-portal/ta-p/237...
