I found a check box "Zipped" on Data source form but is it possible to load data into import set table from a zipped file ? I tried my self creating a zipped CSV file but it's not working.

Are you using MacOS to convert to Zip? It is a known issue then.

Based on my research, it should be possible. Havent tried it though. Example, below KB says about loading zip and failing. What exact error are you getting?
