If I impersonate the user I only get 11 incidents. If I don-t impersonate the user anyway I get the message

It sounds like you might be using impersonation because you have the impersonator role which makes you use the roles, group assignments, and other attributes of the person you impersonate. If you don't normally have those things, that could be why you get the message instead. Please clarify if I am not understanding correctly.

Hi @priscila_ma,
For the Welcome to ServiceNow course, you should always impersonate Platform User when completing the tasks.
I put this guide ([Lab Validation Notes] Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich): Lists and Filters) together to try and help troubleshoot each of the validation error messages that may occur - have a read and if you still need assistance, please provide a screenshot that shows your lab instance as this will help us to help you 😊

1. Validate Incident Details
Validate the following details for each incident in the List View:
- Incident Number
- Category
- Priority
- All relevant columns displayed in the List View
Refer to the following videos for guidance:
2. Update Incident State
Ensure that you perform this task by impersonating the Platform User.
- Select the State column for all 1 - Critical incidents.
- Use the List Editor to change the State to In Progress.
- Select the green check mark to save the changes.
- A total of 10 rows should be updated.
