I’m currently exploring ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) and would like to learn it from the very beginning to an advanced level.

Hi @RohitPapann,

are you also familiar with Customer Service Management? Because the FSM module is usually an addition to the CSM, it barely stands FSM alone... so to really start with FSM understanding CSM might make it easier...
