MAJOR Incident Management

In the MIM , I have added the Probable Cause in the dailog box that appears after clicking on both Propose and Promote to Major Incident Ui action . In the form view it is populating the previous of probable cause if there are any. But when i am trying to Use Promote to Major Incident in Workbench View ,its not taking the values from previous .
what might be reason . I have configure UI pages and Ui actions taking reference of Business Impact field .But Probable Cause field is not working properly . What might be reason

Are you using App Engine Studio to do this work? This sounds like it maybe outside in green Studio or the Platform.
