Need PDI for practicing

Hi everyone,

I'm currently learning ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) and preparing for interviews. Unfortunately, I've been on the Personal Developer Instance (PDI) waitlist for quite some time and still haven't received an instance.

I urgently need a PDI for hands-on practice. If anyone has an unused Personal Developer Instance that they no longer need or are willing to transfer/share for learning purposes, I would be incredibly grateful.

I'm using it only for practice, completing labs, and improving my ServiceNow skills. Any help or guidance would mean a lot.

Thank you so much in advance!

Hi @msnehanaidu,

DM me, I can make an admin user in my PDI and share those creds with you for you to practice.

Hi @msnehanaidu

I will suggest you -

a. Wait for your PDI request to be provisioned.

b. Meanwhile Open an course like Servicenow Administrator fundamental and utilize its lab instance. Just be informed, expiry date of the lab instance is very less. keep that in mind.

For PDI Waitlist ,

Many community member now-a-days facing this issue.

Due to high demand following a new platform family release, PDI pools for the Australia version are currently experiencing errors or waitlisting. These days lots of similar issue reported.

I will suggest you to Wait  for PDI request to be provisioned if your request is  already waitlisted.  Do not cancel your request, as you will lose your spot.

Support is not available for PDI .

Note:You can try releasing your current request and requesting an earlier version (e.g., Zurich ), as they may have more availability . But Community members reported that there is also having waitlist issue.

Hi @msnehanaidu

That is not how this works... Only option is to wait until you get a PDI assigned.
