My PDI addresses me as Creator still and I haven't found where to change that to my name.  Everywhere else in the SN sites, I am referred to by my first name.  Please help.

Hi @AlfiaF 

 

It looks like you're logged in as the Creator instead of the Admin. If that's the case, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to developer.servicenow.com.

  2. Click on your profile icon.

  3. A sidebar will open on the left side—look for the option to change the user role.

  4. Change the role from Creator to Admin.

  5. Save the changes.

  6. Log out and then log back in to your instance
