My PDI addresses me as Creator still and I haven't found where to change that to my name. Everywhere else in the SN sites, I am referred to by my first name. Please help.

Hi @AlfiaF
It looks like you're logged in as the Creator instead of the Admin. If that's the case, follow these steps:

Log in to developer.servicenow.com.

Click on your profile icon.

A sidebar will open on the left side—look for the option to change the user role.

Change the role from Creator to Admin.

Save the changes.
-
Log out and then log back in to your instance
