Hello,
I'd like to set a default application scope for a group of users. These users could be considered as "citizen developers" where they are performing maintenance on email response templates and HR criteria records. I tried using Collaboration Descriptors in my PDI setting the permissions, collaboration application and users. The default application scope doesn't seem to stick and always reverts back to Global. I'd like to have the application scope for a select group of users default to HR Core.
