Hi,
I have installed the app Engin plugin in the Dev instance, but it does not appear in the menu. We have a valid subscription as well.

@Sachintha If you just installed it, and trying to search it in the menu then you won't find it until you log-out and login again. Please logout and login again and then you should be able to see AES in menu.

I submitted a support ticket, and there was an installation issue.
