trouble changing the statue on the instance developer app

I created an Workout application on the instance developer buti did something that made it possible to find it under the all tab but now Im unable to do that. i've been at it for a while now and having trouble changing it back. Can someone walk be through the steps to make it so that I can find it under the all tab instead of the tables. Im new to this platform and new to the tech world I'm coming from a background of very little tecnical skil trying to get my foot in and change careers.

You can also try opening the app in Studio. (Go to All -> System Applications -> Studio). 

Within Studio, select your app. 

On the left-hand side menu, there is a section called "Navigation". 

The "Application Menus" section is where you should have at least a single App Menu record. If one does not exist, then you may have accidentally deleted it. Just click "Create Application File" and create another. 

Same for "Modules". Review the "Modules" to make sure they match the desired behavior of your app and that they are related to the App Menu.
