hey @sritesh154 go to developers, click change user role and select admin
EDIT: step by step:
- Navigate to: http://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
- Login > Click right upper corner:
- Change User Role > Admin
- Confirm
Retry your access now

Log back into developer.servicenow.com

Go to your profile
-
On the left side, open the Instance Recreate section
-
Select Change User Role
-
Change the user role from AES to Admin
-
Save your changes
-
Log out and then log back into your PDI instance
