Unable to access ServiceNow IDE and Build agent in my PDI

Hi All,

I noticed that I'm unable to access ServiceNow IDE in my PDI. Can someone help to provide what are the pre- requisites for this?

Hi @sireeshaece ,

This shouldn't be happening. Can you check below:

1. If you're using the System Administrator user account and although you're an admin, IDE isn't visible for you, can you also add the role 'sn_glider.ide_git_user'.

2. If above doesn't work then can you create a new user and grant him 'admin' as well as 'sn_glider.ide_git_user' and then check logging with that account.

3. Please do make sure you're not impersonating a non-admin user/user without the specific role mentioned above, when searching for IDE

4. Also, try refreshing the instance from ServiceNow Developers > manage my instance.
