Workspace record page does not load randomly

Hello,
We created application in App Engine Studio that contains:
- 1 table
- 1 form (created with the table)
- 1 workspace
- 1 workspace form (created with the workspace)
We have a weird random behavior, when we try to acces a record, the form just does'nt load. The tab opens but the page is blank.
This also happens in the workspace record page preview.
I attached a print screen.

We had a page variant and had to set the order on our default page to a value higher than the page variant order and that resolved the issue.
