3rd Party Integrations with ServiceNow requirement Gathering

Hi Folks,

For requirement gathering for 3rd Party Integrations [uni directional and bi directional] , is there any checklist or documents or PPT available which talks about OPTIONS for integrations and questionnaire list for collecting the details for the Integration.

At the moment , there 3rd party tools is also not known.

integrations are probably the largest and most complex topics in ServiceNow and only having such vague input it is really hard to help you.

But what I can recommend is the following:
